How to Play Rock Paper Scissors
Rock Paper Scissors is a simple hand game played between two people. Each player simultaneously forms one of three shapes with their hand:

- Paper (✋): Beats Rock but loses to Scissors.
- Scissors (✌️): Beats Paper but loses to Rock.
